I think it's a pretty good product overall. The way it's packed and wrapped tightly, you need to make sure it's sized and laid out in the right shape for a few days to get back into shape. This is not necessarily a minus, as it returns its shape. Second, they are not made for large dogs. Our dog weighs 60 pounds and is medium sized. A little dumb, she's fat. The largest size available fits her very well and I ordered based on the measurement sheet (Neck XXL 18.25 inches). If their snout were a little longer, the cone wouldn't be long enough. She doesn't have a chubby face but unfortunately that doesn't suit dogs with longer muzzles. Also, I wouldn't go with any dog taller than me with this product. The cone itself seems well made and looks comfortable for our dog. Albeit a bit heavy on the velcro side compared to other places. She also absolutely dislikes the sound of the velcro tearing when taking it off. It's a pretty strong velcro and is it noisy. We did find that it helped keep our dog from licking the rash we needed to keep her away from - but we're not sure how good it felt while we were away. However, it stayed for 2-3 hours. The material due The comfort is a little flimsy too, I would say if you get it make sure it's for something small like ours and not something bigger. I wonder how much this will keep a more ambitious and awkward dog than our own. Judging by the size the product fits our dog well and we are happy with our purchase. However, the above things should be taken into account when thinking about a purchase.
