Review on Kolay iK by Alex Montgomery

I like that it allows me to keep track of all my employees in one place, as well as having access their HR information (payroll etc). The interface can be confusing at times - but once you learn how to use it properly its not hard for anyone with good computer skills to figure out! Sometimes we have issues where our payroll system gets confused when someone transfers from another department or changes jobs within kolay itself so you end up paying them twice if they are working between departments/companies which happens regularly sometimes. It would help alot to add an option to choose what type of pay your employee will receive every month rather than just being set by default. Also adding more options such as overtime rate calculations when people get paid weekly instead of bi-weekly could also really benefit us. We're solving multiple problems right now using KOLAY's software; this includes managing time cards & vacation schedules along with keeping tabs on staff attendance. I like that you can manage all your employees from one dashboard, it's very user friendly with lots of options to customize for each section as well! It would be great if they could have some more templates available in addition to what we currently use (especially when creating new hires). We are solving our staffing needs within my department rather than using an outside provider which was costly before this software came along.
