I like that they are able to provide very cheap servers for people who need something more than shared web hosts would offer them at this price range (i am talking about VPS). Their customer service is also great - if you have any issues or questions their staff really helps out! They dont always give me what i want when ordering but it's not because of anything wrong with my orders as much just due to how things work in business sometimes so its frustrating yes even though most times everything has been ok :/.
