I bought a wood grain mug and it's great! It retains heat for a very long time and is very comfortable to hold. However, I received a damaged one. The bottom jumps up a bit in the middle, so the cup doesn't really stand still, but wobbles a bit. I plan to bring a hammer because I think that if it's pressed lightly in the middle, nothing should affect it. I'm sure other people have received their mugs intact, and it really doesn't matter - nothing else is chipped, damaged, or scratched. I would still consider buying other styles!
