My most recent order for slipcovers for my furniture was placed with OstepDecor, and I'm sorry to say that my overall experience with the company was less than satisfactory. Despite the fact that they have a remarkable assortment of slipcovers, both their delivery and their customer service left a lot to be desired. To begin, the delivery of my item took a great deal more time than I had imagined it would. I was treated with indifference and a lack of follow-through from their customer support personnel when I attempted to check about the status of my transaction. Before I eventually obtained a response, I was required to make a number of phone calls and send a number of emails; nonetheless, the information provided was not useful. When my slipcovers finally did come, I was dismayed to discover that they were not a good fit for the furniture that I had ordered them for. The slipcovers turned out to be too huge and had a messy appearance, in spite of the fact that I had followed the measuring instructions quite meticulously. When I made a second attempt to get in touch with customer support so that I could start the process of returning an item, I was faced with even more frustration and a lack of reaction. My experience with OstepDecor was, on the whole, one that was stressful and disheartening. Any potential benefits that their variety of slipcovers might give were overwhelmed by the unreliability of their shipping and the lackluster quality of their customer service. This is not a business that I would recommend to anyone trying to improve their home decor with high-quality items and dependable service.
