Frustrated Ubiquiti fan. bad grounding.

One of the most important things in a surge protector is that the device is properly grounded. Ground is where the excess surge of electricity can be sent (instead of your device). Ubiquiti does not supply the accessories needed for good grounding. Instead, look for the right size nuts, bolts, and wire gauge to ensure a good grounding. Ubiquiti turns a 2 minute operation into extra man hours and increases the chance of bad ground/unprotected equipment.
