I really liked that you solved my problem very cheaply. My rented water has very hard water and even though there is some kind of filter somewhere, the water is still hard. The water doesn't have copper deposits like other parts of Waterford where I live, but it's still hard. At around $1.75 and if your faucet is barely working or working very poorly, this is a great investment, even if it's only for a few years. My family noticed right away but I forgot to tell them. Because I don't have 10 faucets in my house where I live and why not replace them even if the water isn't working at its best - those extra ones will only collect dust. It's worth the investment even if, like me, you're renting at the moment.
