I'll get these again next year.
I went up a size as suggested and fits perfectly. My son usually wears a size 12 and I took a size 13. I like that they are not bulky and lightweight compared to most kids boots. My son wore them in the rain and his feet stayed dry so they are waterproof. We haven't had really cold temperatures yet, so I don't know how they will do in freezing temperatures, but I bought him wool socks anyway.
