Disappointing Sound Quality and Poor Design

After trying this product, I am thoroughly disappointed with the sound quality. The bass is non-existent, and the overall sound is muffled and lacks clarity. The design also poses a problem as the earbuds keep falling out of my ears even with the various size tips. The microphone quality is decent but not enough to make up for the other flaws. Overall, I would not recommend these headphones to anyone looking for high-quality electronics in the earbud headphones category.
