This product is amazing. You don't have to use it very often. one use makes a big difference. After the first use I didn't have to wash my hair for a while. You need a shower cap and she tells you to leave it on for 40 minutes. For 40 minutes or more it works great, helping with texture, thickness, manageability, hydration (moisturizes both scalp and hair) and seems to reduce your hair's oiliness. like I said, I really didn't have to wash my hair for over two weeks, my hair smelled great, looked great and felt clean the whole time. This is truly an all in one and one of the best hair masks I have ever used.
