This product is a consumer scam
The transmission speed of this product is below 35 Gbps on USB 3.1 which is not advertised. After transferring a large number of files (which took more than 2 hours) to the hard drive, I could not read the hard drive on another computer. The operating system reported that the hard drive is "corrupt". I tried repairing the drive using the tools supported by the operating system, but that didn't help. It had to be "reformatted" and redoing all the data (and wasting time). This product is useless. I paid good money for a "brick".
