I ordered light gloves for boys 8/16. I am happy to report that they fit me (adult, male) very well and are not as stiff as ski gloves. They have textured tips on the thumb and forefinger - for texting, I think. The weather I live in has been mild so I can't guarantee they will keep my fingers warm in freezing temperatures, but they fit well in my jacket pockets and are very comfortable - similar to Isotoner gloves. To update. I wore these gloves for two days of outdoor activities when temperatures stayed below 18 degrees Fahrenheit. I'm happy to report that my hands and fingers stayed warm and comfortable! Obviously, these gloves are for people who don't do actual work. I wore them once when I was carrying stuff and the fabric was fraying.
