I received the black lace cape and everything is fine. One of the main reasons I chose this over dozens of others was the design with holes along the neckline and waist. However, upon receipt, these holes were absent, and another layer of fabric was sewn behind them. All in all good but not what I paid for or asked for. If I had time to return it and get another one before the trip I would. But hey, at least he has ties in the front and is black, which is what I wanted. Update: I ended up not taking it with me on the trip because it was uncomfortable to wear. Too big and at least ugly.
