Very cheap! on Lights & Lighting Accessories
No instructions (not that I'll need them, but you never know. Someone can!) Also, they're very cheap plastic. The top part (where you see the lights) is barely screwed to the bottom part. They don't work as well as in the photo. I was dying for my son to put a cool light on his bike and it definitely wasn't worth it. Luckily my son wasn't thrilled with their purchase and doesn't understand their quality! So we keep using them and accept badly made things.
