Difficult setup and some connection issues.

Got this to connect an Ethernet only diagnostic tool to a Wi-Fi only network (bridging Ethernet to Wi-Fi). Installation was a nightmare. I'm not familiar with wireless networks. I used to install routers, extenders, repeaters, and all kinds of Wi-Fi devices. This device was difficult to set up. In theory, you can do this by connecting your phone or computer to a local hotspot wirelessly. I've been trying this for over an hour, restarted it multiple times and could never get it to work properly. I finally managed to plug it into my computer's ethernet port, re-flash the new settings, and then physically move the bridge to the device it was supposed to work with. It worked, but only for a few days. At this point the connection was broken. Everything else on the network could still communicate with the gateway, but the device that this bridge was connected to couldn't. I tried turning the gateway on and off, turning the device off and on again, turning off the bridge and absolutely nothing worked! and moving back to the intended device. It worked this time and has been working continuously ever since (several weeks). But since I don't know what caused the problem in the first place, the question always arises in the back of my mind, will it fall again? When in doubt, it seems to be doing its job. it is intentional and inexpensive. However, Vonet's instructions and how to set them up are far from reliable and can be very frustrating even for those with networking experience. I do not recommend this to an inexperienced user.
