Made from soft fleece, the Kid Nation Sweatshirt is a great hoodie for girls. Although this sweatshirt is listed as L (8-10 years) it has a very slim fit and while it fit my daughter perfectly it still leaned towards the small sizing. My daughter is very slim and actually small for her age and this sweatshirt fits her perfectly - I think she will outgrow it within a year. I really wouldn't recommend this sweatshirt for boys unless the kid is small and skinny - I'd still go up a size. The fabric of the sweatshirt is soft enough, it is well washed, does not shed or shed. This is a solid sweatshirt and the stitching is good with no loose threads. All in all, this is a decent bright red hoodie worth trying on if it suits you.
