    Works very little. to my rating.

    This sweater would be perfect if true to size. I ordered a large for my 8 year old and it barely fit him. He could barely put his head through and it was short on the arms and length. It had a soft and thin layer of fleece on the inside, but the inside was plain cotton. It's definitely a thinner hoodie and not the warmest. Order up to. For the record, my son is 4ft 6in and weighs 73lbs and the tall one can barely fit in it.

    Great sweater for kids

    My daughter loves this sweater, it's soft and very well made! She drags it on the floor almost every time I pick her up from school, but the dirt washes off well and can be washed multiple times. I love that it doesn't have laces as I don't think it would be very safe for a small child, plus they get stuck in my dryer and break anyway so it's a win-win!

    Works on the smaller side

    Kid Nation Kids Soft, off-the-shoulder fleece hooded sweater for boys and girls. Falls on the smaller side of the spectrum, we're a size 8-10, definitely fits more like an 8. Front pocket runs the full length. i really like the material of the t-shirt, there are no fluffy balls in your hair from wearing the hood. Daughter says it is very warm when worn. All in all a great basic sweatshirt

    Cozy, warm and fit

    My 6 year old grandson loves his new coat. He is tall for his height and tall which is perfect for him. It also matches his school's colors, which is why he gets to wear it to school on the colder days. It's 60% cotton and 40% polyester so I'm not worried about it shrinking in the wash, although I do hang dry because the fleece stays softer. He has a kangaroo-style front pocket for his "stuff" or hands and ribbed cuffs. This is a sweater that I like with no laces and no drawstrings in the hood.

    Soft lightweight hoodie, runs a little small, slim fit, better for girls

    Made from soft fleece, the Kid Nation Sweatshirt is a great hoodie for girls. Although this sweatshirt is listed as L (8-10 years) it has a very slim fit and while it fit my daughter perfectly it still leaned towards the small sizing. My daughter is very slim and actually small for her age and this sweatshirt fits her perfectly - I think she will outgrow it within a year. I really wouldn't recommend this sweatshirt for boys unless the kid is small and skinny - I'd still go up a size. The fabric

    Very warm sweatshirt with kangaroo pockets. Good for outdoors in fall or early spring and indoors in winter. I have lilac size 8/10 for my daughter. I think the color is a bit deeper in real life than on screen. Warning: He throws first. dandruff in the dryer; he throws at the shirt you're wearing underneath. Have a lint brush handy - you'll need it, especially if you're wearing or washing black clothes.

    Good quality and nice color

    I love the color of this hoodie. It's a lilac pink color and I think it's gorgeous and unique. I gave it to my 10 year old daughter and she loves it. She's been wearing it for a few days now and I should probably insist that she take it off so I can wash it. I'm a size 9 to 10 and found it fit her just right.     Received in size 8-10. Seems a bit narrow for its size despite the size. Size is about 33 inches in chest. The material does not stretch much, which also affects the fit.     Nice but not enough in my rating.

    A decent hoodie for cold gaming days! It is comparable to a Kmart Hanes sweatshirt. Slightly cheaper, stiffer and not very soft, but still a reliable piece of clothing that will keep you warm in spring and summer. There is a kangaroo pocket on the front. The red color is bright and rich, my son loves it! It seems a bit small. My son is usually an XS or S size among kids and the L size gives him some room to grow. The material doesn't stretch either. I suggest suggesting up to 2 sizes.

    Bought this for my preschooler to dress Molly from Denali for character day. It's soft and well made, but runs large. It is between 3T and 4T. I bought 4 but I'd say it's closer to 6.

    I received the oversized (8/10) Kid Nation Kids Hoodie made from soft fleece and it fits my 8.75 year old daughter just the way we like it. with a lot of leeway.     soft and warm I think

    This is definitely the softest hoodie I've ever bought for my daughter. We have washed and dried it over 4 times and it still retains its color and softness. This sweatshirt is true to size but feels thin to me but still fits better than most sweatshirts as they feel bulky. It fits snugly and keeps you warm. She likes it very much.

    Cute and fits just right

    Q is a sweatshirt for my little girl. The inside is nice and soft and wears well so far. All stitching is done while the hood is working. It washes and dries without shrinking but I wash on low heat to save but overall a good buy.

    Unisex my opinion: my review

    Advertised as a unisex sweatshirt but be sure to consider your child's body type. I always think unisex: a tailored fit for a boy and a looser fit for a girl. I believe the Baby Nation brand works the same way with their merchandise and is true to size. This sweatshirt is softer than regular cotton sweatshirt. I like applying heat transfer vinyl to blank sweatshirts and it holds up well.
