Based on how it was packaged. I’m thinking mine was a return. Two screws were completely stripped. Luckily there were 2 extras. But one didn’t go in all the way and it’s on the side you can see. Super annoying. Also the pads that are supposed to keep it sturdy and not scuff your wall were completely removed and covered in packaging and unable to stick again.From far away it looks fine but I know it’s defective. Not sure if this product is worth $100 there's no gaurentee results and I work out 6 days a week and eat healthy overall. I think you can recieve the abs you want or weight loss by the good old fashion way and that is diet and excercise. Sleeves are a little long for me but overall the robe is very comfortable. If rolling them up doesn't work, my wife will shorten them. This is a one size fits all robe and I rated the fit as slightly too large for me. I'm 6'1" and 225 lbs. and the "too large" part is through the shoulders and the sleeve length.
