Based on how it was packaged. I’m thinking mine was a return. Two screws were completely stripped. Luckily there were 2 extras. But one didn’t go in all the way and it’s on the side you can see. Super annoying. Also the pads that are supposed to keep it sturdy and not scuff your wall were completely removed and covered in packaging and unable to stick again.From far away it looks fine but I know it’s defective. I’m going to let my husband decide if we should return it or just suck it up. I would not buy this or recommend.
