I really like this agility ladder, my wife and I are tired of just exercising in the park in the morning. I caught this bad guy one morning last week and it was a hit. Watched a few exceraizes and got our butts sweating! Definitely great for breaking up the monotony of exercise every morning. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because when you first open it you don't expect to use it right away as you have to drag and set all the steps before using it. A tedious process but when you're done you can tuck it away with the accordion for easy opening when you need it.
