I bought these coasters because I've recently moved and can't find them in the many boxes I have yet to unpack. Description sounds good, I like the idea of the rubber coasters. I use one to hold a large McDonald's coke as I type this from my desktop. Luckily I can work from home! However, for evaluation. So far, these are very useful coasters that soak up the mug's sweat like a champ! They don't slip, which is very nice. I suppose there are other ways to use these things, like refurbishing an old pair of sneakers, a very small drum pad, something to try if you run out of sausage your friends are throwing at the wall in hopes that they stick. I could go on and on but I won't. Bottom line, they're perfect for me and maybe for you too. Oh, another real use for them would be in the garage (to work with coasters). I just love these things, look at the person in the photo! And the drawing reminds me a bit of Tron Legacy, you know, one day when they first got it, when the road around it started to crumble - little hexes.
