As a Sunon customer, I was left feeling extremely let down by the quality of both their products and their customer support. The workplace furniture and lighting that I bought were of such poor quality that they stopped functioning properly after only a few months of regular use. My back and neck experienced discomfort and soreness as a result of the chairs and sofas, which were uncomfortably soft and did not offer sufficient support for these areas. To add insult to injury, the customer support that Sunon provided to me was of the lowest possible quality. I tried to get in touch with their customer service so that I could request a replacement or a reimbursement for the faulty products, but the responses I received were unhelpful and condescending. It was abundantly obvious that Sunon was only interested in making a profit, and they did not care about whether or not I was satisfied as a customer of theirs. My time spent with Sunon, on the whole, was filled with a great deal of aggravation and disappointment. I would not suggest this business to anyone looking for dependable customer service or high-quality office supplies because I have not had a positive experience with either. You will save time and money if you seek elsewhere for a supplier who has a better reputation and who you can trust.
