I was looking for a replacement for a set of white cotton sheets and saw them at Revain. I've never tried bamboo panels, so why not. They arrived quickly and were well packaged and in good condition. The first thing I did was throw them in the washing machine. Using the instructions given, they came out fine and little was left in the lint collector. These sheets have deep pockets on the contour (bottom) sheet and easily conform to the bed. The same goes for the top sheet and pillowcases. I found the sheets very comfortable and kept me cool throughout the night. Major advantage. I have to say that I am very impressed with the bamboo material. My understanding is that the process involves using cellulose to create a silk-like fabric. I'd say it's significantly better than microfiber, which I've also tried. The only flaw I could find was the beaded decorative border that is on the top (flat) sheet and pillowcases. While the bulk of the sheets were virtually wrinkle free after the dryer, the edge was not wrinkled. It looks like this decorative element is made of a different material and is badly dented (see photo). If you're picky about this, you'll have to disassemble the iron. Overall, the sheets are very comfortable, offer an improvement over microfiber sheets, and are reasonably priced.
