The headset works as it should. The reason I gave it four stars is because for the price I expected it to be the best of the best. In fact, the noise cancellation can work just as well as my $20 headset, no better. The audio coming out of my hearing aid sounds as good as my $20 headset. I mean I spent all that extra money to get it working as well as my $20 headset which doesn't really warrant it if you ask me. Is the build quality better now? yes, 100 percent. It looks like more or less than what you spend. It also seems that you spend more or less. But in the end, the noise-cancelling mic and speaker work just as well as my $20 headset, which is a little disappointing. Would I buy again? I'm not so sure at the moment.
