    Not as expected best audio and video accessory

    I got a headset for work because this headset was one of two approved headsets. I used the headset for the second day and every time I pressed the mute button it just said to mute, although I pressed it multiple times and it never said to mute. On the first day I had no problems with the mute button or the volume button. The volume button occasionally got stuck and the displayed volume was at maximum, although I may have only pressed the volume button twice. Maybe I just caught a defective…

    Very well designed headset

    I really like this headset. It can be used with a standard headphone plug (round) or via a USB connection. When a USB connection is used, several functions become available depending on the software you are using to communicate. There's also a voice to let you know when there's an incoming call if you toggle mute on/off. There's even a warning if you're speaking with audio muted, so make sure you unmute it. Highly recommended.

    I really wanted this headset to work. There is a mute function on the cord (along with a volume control), and without pressing a button during my first 3 calls, the headset quickly sent "mute, mute, mute". In the short time that I've been using it, I've found that the earbud heats up the ear uncomfortably. Spending hours a day with the headset on is no good. During the conversation, I heard a slight hiss every time I spoke, but it was all short-lived as the messages displayed were constantly…

    Blackwire 5210 for computers and accessories

    This is a great headset and quite comfortable and I can wear it 8 hours a day with no problems. I don't know why it's called a black wire when the wire is clearly red. I saw a comment where someone obviously didn't look at the pictures and assumed the wire is black based on the name. The wire is red in the pictures and is actually red. I work from home so wire color doesn't matter to me. The noise cancellation works well, I like the volume controls and the mute function. When you press the mute

    High-quality sound with wearing problems.

    The headset works fine, but I found two minor flaws. Firstly, sometimes it seems to me that it hangs a little on my head and slips from where I like to wear it. I don't see a way to adjust the voltage. Second, no alligator clip is included so I can clip it to my shirt so the long cord and control module doesn't pull on the headset when I move. This oversight is more annoying than the first for no.

    The headset works as it should. The reason I gave it four stars is because for the price I expected it to be the best of the best. In fact, the noise cancellation can work just as well as my $20 headset, no better. The audio coming out of my hearing aid sounds as good as my $20 headset.     Good headset, but not the most comfortable

    I use this for business calls and the call quality seems good. The noise level is great and being able to use it with my phone as well is a big plus when I'm on the go. However, the headphone cup is missing and I couldn't wear the headset on my ear for more than about 20 seconds. Minutes without moving it, or without removing the headset for a few minutes. The padding on the earbud is fairly light, so the plastic surround around the speaker presses on the ear and causes pain. Overall I like the
