Includes 4 attachments, enough for a family! No! The kit is actually a pair of two of the same kind and I had no idea what the round one was for. nothing in the manual about it. I had to watch someone's video to see it was a tongue scraper/cleaner. It doesn't even say how to install the nozzle, much less how to detach it. The small tab I found is very tight and difficult to press with wet hands. Yes, wet hands because the water flowed everywhere! The order page also mentions the 360 degree rotation of the tip. Is that the angle you can place it or the amount it can rotate when in use? This tip was solid and would not rotate. This is my first time using one of these and there are no instructions for use either! It took me a while to find the charging port. You have to unscrew the top and it is under the cover over the water chamber. Yes? Do you empty the humidification chamber every time or only open it when you need to refill it? There are no instructions at all! Sust is very difficult to read the chart. More important than anything, I didn't find much of a difference between gentle and forceful settings, and I learned that I had to keep my mouth shut, but when I opened it to spit out water, everything got wet! What a mess! Despite all that, I'd give it 3 or 4 stars, but after I was done (and I tried the whole mouth twice after seeing someone else's video), I checked my gaps with regular floss, and there were still dirt particles . between the teeth! This lowered my rating to 2 stars.
