Review on Comfy Sacks Kids Lime Micro Suede Memory Foam Bean Bag Chair: Ultimate Comfort for Children by Daniel Delgado

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Flat, not even half full and full of sharp plastic parts - not impressed

The 5ft bag we received was so terrible we had to return it. There were two main issues: 1) The handy pocket wasn't even 1/2 full. In fact, it was so flat that when you sat down, your butt touched the floor. 2) The memory foam in the bag was made up of many pieces (at least 1/4 of the bag) with a plastic-like layer glued to one side of the memory foam. This resulted in you being stung by the hard and sharp edges when you sat on it. Not comfortable at all. They appear to be using leftover memory foam (probably purchased from mattress manufacturers) and for some reason our batch was full of plastic-coated pieces. I also have a friend who ordered one and it's great. Shipping back to Revain was a huge pain. They were good about paying for shipping and collecting the item but they insisted I send it back. When you buy it, it will come in vacuum packaging. Once opened, it inflates to 4 times its size. I could hardly put the product in the box. It didn't fit in the box it came in and I had to buy two XL shipping boxes, tape them together and then slide the product inside. I know that, for example, if you order a mattress from Tuft & Needle and hate it, they don't expect you to somehow put it back in the box. They just offer you to donate it, get a receipt and then send them a copy of the receipt. At this point, they are offering a full refund. I don't know why Revane wouldn't just do it instead. My 13 year old daughter is dying to get one of these handy bags so we can buy another one and see how it goes. I hope I caught a bad game in the first round. Although we still argue. She was kind of overwhelmed by the whole process. She saved money for a year to buy this handy bag and was so disappointed.
