The insole came out and was lost, now I can't wear shoes a month and a half ago
These shoes are adorable and practical and I love them in general. However, the insole came out in one of them and somehow got lost, and now the granddaughter does not take it, we have only had it for a month and a half! And only worn about 6 times. The inside of the shoe under the pad is not comfortable to wear without the pad.
