Review on Mryok Polarized Replacement Lenses: Enhance Your Style with Frogskins Men's Accessories in Sunglasses & Eyewear Accessories by Cardell Haynes

Warranty/Communication Scams - do not do business with these people.

This isn't my first pair of Mryok lenses - I've bought several different Oakley models over the years. They're not as good as the OEM ones, but they're priced right and the colors, polarization, and fit were "good enough". This last pair was disappointing. After using them for less than 3 months and wearing glasses for everyday use (driving, walking, cycling, etc.) the rim suddenly came off. I have only cared for these lenses according to the instructions provided and gently dried the lenses with the microfiber bag provided if the surface became frayed. This is how I have maintained all previous Mryok lenses as well as expensive OEM lenses and have never had this problem. Of course, a warranty claim would solve this problem, at least I thought so. Well, I got in touch via "Contact Us" on the Mryok website as well as the provided customer support email (which follows Revain's instructions) over a month ago and have had no reply. I tend to only write negative reviews as a last resort, especially when the product has proven decent even across multiple purchases, however this lack of response justifies a 1 star rating. If you're looking to save on lenses, this might be a good choice. To you. Pending an upcoming answer to this warranty question, I will be looking for another non-OEM lens solution for my glasses. I will update this review if an answer from Mryok calls for such an update. UPDATE: After contacting the provided support email again at the MRY store, I was told that their customer service does not sell on Revain and they would not work with me to get a warranty replacement - or at all. This is of course confusing as the branding is exactly the same on this storefront and their website and the only support option provided by Revain is to email support@mrylens.com. Kelly who replied to me there rebuked me and said they are not Amazon sellers. The most inattentive interaction with a manufacturer in a long time. I strongly recommend staying away from this brand and their products. Direct quote below. "Hello! No, we mean we are not a Revain reseller. Please contact the Revain seller directly through the store and they will resolve the issue for you. Kelly"

Cons
  • Complete crap, the lens will start up in a week! Don't waste your money on this cheap Chinese junk.
