I love this Leo! I am a 5ft 6in, 150lbs, 36DD female and size XL fits perfectly. It is quite dense, but at the same time very elastic and comfortable. I like that it doesn't show through at all even when fully stretched. I've worn it twice to adult gymnastics classes and it's been great so far. It absorbs sweat well and allows you to wear it under a shirt. That's a lot for a quality swimsuit. I would spend at least $40 for something like this at a local dance store, if not more. I'm very glad I took the risk. I have to say that my measurements were slightly larger than the recommended size XL, but it still fits perfectly. I might recommend going down a size from the recommended size for your measurements.
