Finally! An answer to my problem of carpet on throw rug stability!
I've been searching for years for something to keep my throw rugs and runners from slipping on my carpet! I've tried everything and nothing worked until I decided to try this amazing tape! It's not perfect but it holds better than the half dozen things that I've bought and wasted money on! Hooray! Finally something that actually works!
