I like the product very much, fully consistent with my expectations.

I have been using the G502 for 5 years now, and the G502 HERO for a little over a year. There are no complaints about the software or the operation of the mouse in general. Guys, I don't understand what you are doing with this rat, that it doesn't work well for you. She really can hammer nails, but the truth is furniture))) In general, I recommend it to everyone.

Pros

Low price, Design, ergonomics, weight, length and quality of the wire, good software (it is very clear and convenient to customize the keys for yourself), the number of keys is optimal. Separately, I want to say about the wheel, it is divine, it is possible to set up scrolling to the right / left on Copy / Paste and save a bunch of stupid keystrokes. You can set up several profiles with different command options (if you live more than one, it helps a lot).

Cons

They simply don't exist.
