Review on GearOZ by Ryan Whatley

Revainrating 3 out of 5

As an avid outdoorsman, I was excited to test out GearOZ's "high-quality " items. Unfortunately, I found that they were anything but. However, I was quite disappointed by my interactions with this web site.

The quality of the things I received was terrible, to begin with. My new hiking boots wore out after one hike, and my first time using a camping stove it failed to light. Given the high amounts I paid, I was shocked at how poorly these things held up. Worse yet, GearOZ's lackluster support for its customers just made things worse. I tried to get in touch with them for help, but all I got was radio silence. My calls and emails went straight to voicemail and I never received a response. It might be argued that GearOZ is unique in the market due to the diversity of products they offer. If the quality of the products is so low, though, I would say that the variety is worthless. Even if the selection of products at competing outdoor businesses is less, they put a premium on customer service and product quality. Don't fall for GearOZ's marketing. They provide low-quality goods and provide little support to their customers. If you need dependable camping equipment, there are better solutions available.

Pros
  • High-Quality Gear for Any Outdoor Activity
Cons
  • The procedure for returns can be difficult.
