The X3 has a good sound and with the Jaybird app I can customize the sound to what I really like. But why I returned them are my reasons below. But that's just my preference, a lot of people like them, so they might work well for you. At the moment I'm using TOZO T-10 which I like but haven't used for a long time.1. The cable is too short for my purposes. It is sometimes difficult to reach the controller when walking or running. I've always liked the Beats X cable (pictured), it's long enough and the sound is good. But I left them on the table, my cat saw them and decided to chew on the toy lol. I plan to buy another pair when Apple opens its stores. 2. The earbud is too big, I like to use the earbuds at work and they protrude so much that it looks abnormal. 3. The charging adapter is proprietary, which means if lost, you need to buy a new pair. Why couldn't Micro-USB or USB-C be used? 4. And one review said zero latency issues, but for me it's the other way around. I sometimes experience lag when watching videos.
