Identical to the original part for 1991 DLX 4WD Pickup
I bought this part because my 1991 DLX 4WD pickup used to yell very loudly all the time. Eventually I found out that the fan clutch seemed to be stuck so the fan was always spinning at full speed. The noise was loud even at idle. The casting on this part was not as good as the OEM (Original) part, but it looked identical to the Original Equipment part. After replacement, the fan worked perfectly. Within 60 seconds of a cold start, the loud roar disappeared and the 22RE's thumping was clearly audible again as usual :).
