First of all I have to say that the chair itself is very good. Love the look and feel of the red and black design and the features, especially the articulated armrests and the ability to lock the chair in a reclined position. I was working from home long before Covid 19 so I sit in my chair 8-10 hours a day, sometimes even more. So I decided a gaming chair would be the best choice. Unfortunately, I've found that the seat cushion can get a little firm over the course of the day, making my bum a little tired. Also, the lumbar support pillow is too big for my use and forces me to sit farther from the back of my chair, causing my back to hurt after a few hours. I really wanted this chair to work so I bought an extra air cushion for the seat which helps some but it really isn't enough. So I think this chair is great for action based gaming, it doesn't work well for me for long periods of computer work in the office. I considered returning the chair, but because UPS destroyed the package, shipped it to my home, loaded it onto a van twice, missed delivery, and then shipped it to another city a hundred miles away. When I finally received the package, it didn't take me much effort to open it. The box fell apart so I can't return it. only leaves me in a dangerous position.
