Review on MixMatchy Women'S Lightweight Military Safari Anorak Hoodie Jacket Junior Fit Utility by John Bailey

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Love, mostly in my review

Tried a smaller size first, and then got this one, the next size up, because most of the time I will wear sweatshirt-thickness under it. If that is you too, I recommend sizing up one size from your usual. Love all the detail put into this jacket, it gets 5 stars for that. The fit is a bit odd on me, with the drawstring and pockets being higher than I would expect, so I'm going to assume this is a short-waisted cut, and I'm long-waisted, and that is why it feels a bit unusual. I feel this is a quality-made jacket, all except for the snaps not being cushioned inside the vertical snaps that keep the jacket closed; their outlines are already pressing against the fabric; this will only worsen over time. Still, the overall style I love, so I am keeping it. A note that the first one I got smelled terrible, but this one did not. If that happens to you, return it and get another; they all get stored in different conditions, so try again. This is a lightweight, non-stretchy jacket. Lots of color options, I may get a lighter color for spring too.

Pros
  • Looks great on all skin tones
Cons
  • Not enough protection from the wind
