Good product but HORRIBLE experience with seller after sale

Product seems good but. Don't pay for expedited shipping. The fine print says they will prepare it as they please and then ship it promptly. So it can take a week for them to get it out the door to start shipping. On my next order I received 5 BROKEN KB/Crates - each had a sticker attached describing how it was broken. They sent me a box of 5K/boxes that were returned by other customers for replacement under warranty. Avoid using Zagg unless you have plenty of free time to work with the support team.
