I liked the product when I first got it - it worked, compact. I've used it to record music lessons for my students to review during the week between lessons.1. In the first month, a small plastic tab broke off the connection cable that went into the camera. I had to rotate it to connect.2. About a year later I didn't take any charge, didn't work from the power cord. Once the battery is gone, that's it.3. I called the company - ordered a new accord, new battery - no change! Sony said it would fix it for over $200.50. In a dead end and without money! The product did its job if the components worked!
