Circular polarization instead of normal/linear polarization so NOT for fishing (or day driving)

Technically these goggles are polarized so they won't confuse the buyer. However, I'm like most people who buy polarized glasses: I buy to reduce glare and they don't. Why? Because they are not linearly polarized like every other polarized pair of glasses on the planet. Instead, they are circularly polarized. This means that glare from glass or water is hardly affected and can be perceived more subjectively as it looks like bright yellow reflections, which are even more annoying than without glasses. Reading this I would think: What makes you so confident? "Well, it's easy to check: with classic linear polarization limiting lens flare, you can rotate the glasses (or your head in them) and make the flare "go away" and then back in. With these glasses, you put them in up after you put on the 'real' polarized glasses and you immediately realize the glare is still there and it's now bright neon yellow and then you turn your head and nothing happens with the glare sent card the test pattern but not as clear as other polarized lenses.Bleach.otherwise this is a decent glasses are made of high quality polycarbonate they are comfortable you just need to change polarized coating applied so i give 3 stars just buy don't and expect polarization to help reduce glare.
