They're not rubber and they suck.

100% plastic, no rubber. I opened the package, was immediately disappointed and the first 4 I used broke. So the durability is ZERO. Horrible, horrible plastic straps that DO NOT stretch. I normally only write good reviews but this was such a disappointment that I felt I had to state that the description is misleading, incorrect, they are not durable, not rubbery, not thick and not even worth their small asking price.
