The scent smells great and fills a small guest bathroom. While each person has their own preferences, I've found that when using all 6 leaves, the scent isn't strong, heavy, sweet-smelling, overpowering, or powerful. That's the equivalent of having a dozen (maybe two?) bouquets of freshly cut roses in your room. For me personally, a very calming, pleasant fragrance that does not irritate the senses and feels completely natural. instead of buying my usual refill. This is an attractive little thing that is about 1-3/4" on each side and in height (excluding the cutout) which goes well with my decor. It doesn't hold much (1.7 ounces or just over 3 tablespoons), meaning it doesn't last as long as I'd like. Obviously the more reeds used, the faster it moves. For now I've limited myself to testing 3-4 sticks, which give off a more subtle scent, hoping it will last longer.All in all, this was the finishing touch to transform the entire bathroom ambiance into a spa ambiance.
