Appears new but hard to tell as it was not sealed at the factory.
The product arrived at the earliest expected delivery date, but there was a problem updating the shipping details via tracking, presumably because it was imported from Japan. PS Vita is like new. I checked it carefully for scratches, but it was clean. Can't tell if it's brand new as the box wasn't sealed at the factory and one of the connecting wires was white instead of black. From my experience of discovering new products, I have yet to come across a white tie cable for cable management. So I can assume that the whole box connects like new? It's hard to say given the reviews from people who are going through renovations. Ps vita turns on but not verified. Spent a good £400 which is expensive and wish it was factory sealed to be sure as that is a lot of money for any gaming device.
