Seems tricky with shoulder pads
It took me a while to figure out what was going on. Lots of adjustable velcro straps. There are a few belts that are permanent. It fits and I like that it can be washed. The velcro doesn't feel flimsy. I ordered the very small and weighed about 123 pounds and I'm petite. In terms of support, my shoulder was healed when I received the product. I kept it because over the last few years I sometimes wake up with severe shoulder pain. Now I have something on hand. I will try to update this review after actually using the product.
