I like that it keeps everyone informed about what's going around our organization without having too many emails bouncing back & forth between people or getting lost amongst all of them! It has been very helpful for keeping us updated with new project details as well as upcoming events/meetings which are important information we want others at other locations within our orgs (or even outside!)to know so they can help support any issues if necessary!! The only thing i dislike sometimes when using this tool from my phone during meetings etc.,is how slow everything seems since its not always synced up perfectly but thats just me being picky haha :) Great way to keep employees aware via email newsletters - saves time by saving sending out multiple individual messages throughout day vs one large group update once per week.
