I know that Young Living consultants are not allowed to sell in any format other than YL. However, I bought Progressence Plus 2 more times online. They were the same as if I bought from YL. This particular batch of oil was definitely NOT the right product. When I opened it, I immediately noticed it was a pungent odor. I put some on my wrists just to see if the smell goes away. nope! It never softened and only gave me a headache. I ended up having to do the dishes. I immediately requested a refund. Now I will pay the additional shipping cost from YL and buy from a YL representative. Do not buy from this company!
