update 07/07/2020: Ordered replacement via Amazon which arrived the next day. I initially contacted the seller on Amazon's recommendation and have not yet received a response. So I sent the original unit back and bought a new one. Same result, just faster. The new device works great with my 24V battery. I hope it was just an isolated quality control error. I connected the main #10 terminals on this fuse box to the bus bars on my battery box using 4 AWG wire with #10 ring terminals. The 4 AWG wire fits snugly and the cover does not touch the wire without modification. The pins for each circuit are numbered 8, so I wired each one with 10AWG wire and number 8 ring terminals. There is plenty of space for the lid to store everything neatly. The extra wires on the racks seen in the original photo of the failed unit I posted are the wires from the 24 volt charger/power supply which has a separate fuse. includes information I found on the Blue Sea website showing the sizes of the 6 and 12 circuit fuse boxes. Original Rating; It seems well made for what it is and made for a clean install. I am concerned about the quality of the electrical components as one of the six circuits was dead on arrival. The same wire and fuse works on all the other 5 circuits but not on point 2. I'll be returning it and ordering another one in the hope that my experience is the exception rather than the norm, it's not very inspiring anyway that confidence electrical safety device comes new with a failure. I will update the review after receiving a replacement and returning the defective unit.
