I don't know why I ordered a medium size as I'm usually small. It was probably a mistake on my part, or did I read a review that said the size is bigger? The middle one was too big for the seamless lightweight bra I wanted, but I ordered three packs and tried on all three because they didn't look the same size. The photo shows the difference in the ligaments. The black actually fit well and the nude and mauve were too big and I felt like they would stretch when you wear them. I like the fit and otherwise fit so I ordered a small one and will update later. I'm 5ft 4in, 115-120, size 34B/32C depending on bra. For sports bras, I prefer a medium size because your body swells during exercise, but for bras, I usually want a small size. Hope that helps!
