UPDATE: I have upgraded my product rating from 1 to 3 stars. The reason for this is that I contacted the manufacturer and received phenomenal customer service afterwards. The manufacturer contacted this seller who then called me to resolve the issue and exchange it. Not only did the manufacturer replace my earbud without hesitation, but they also took my feedback on the earbud itself and added many in-ear options to better suit my needs. The replacement package arrived on time and the sound quality is impeccable. I can't speak to the expected longevity of the replacement yet, but IMPACT radio accessories get an A for customer service in my book. Do not buy this headphone. Completely muffled and inaudible in less than two months despite replacing the earbud. Spend your money elsewhere. Needed this item like LEO is pissed, spent $40 on this crap.
