Feel free to buy this. I received the collar and leash, both are well constructed and work as advertised. You can easily see them at 100 meters. This is more than enough to react and slow movement. The LEDs are bright and have an even, slow and fast flashing program. The battery compartment is a mini plastic box held in place with jewelry screws, one in each corner. In addition, the battery box fits snugly between layers of dense fabric. If the dog didn't swim, water would have a very hard time hitting the battery, even in heavy rain. I've been using the collar and leash for almost 3 weeks and use it with light every night around 11pm. Several neighbors commented on how easy it is to see from a distance. Maybe they should do it for human necks and waists. No complaints at all. I always carry a tactical flashlight to illuminate deer or other animals that I see through the glow of my eyes.
